Upload Artwork

Artwork Upload Guidelines: To ensure the best possible print quality, please review the following artwork requirements before uploading your files.

Preferred File Formats: For the highest quality results, we recommend uploading: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF (vector), SVG. These vector files can be scaled to any size without losing quality.

Other Accepted Image Formats: PNG (preferred for transparent backgrounds), PSD (Adobe Photoshop), JPG

Image Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI. Images downloaded from websites or social media are typically 72 DPI and may not print clearly. Please upload artwork at the size you would like it printed whenever possible. Avoid enlarging small images, as this reduces print quality.

Transparent Backgrounds: If you do not want a white box around your artwork, please upload a file with a transparent background (PNG or a vector file).

Fonts: If you are submitting editable artwork, please convert all text to outlines, or include the font files with your artwork.

Color: RGB files may be converted to CMYK for printing, so slight colour variations can occur.

File size: If your artwork is too large to upload, please contact us for alternate upload options.

Need Help? Not sure if your artwork is print-ready? Upload what you have. Our design team will review your file and contact you if any adjustments are needed before production.

Avoid screenshots of logos or artwork. Do not copy images from Google, as they are usually too low resolution and may be copyrighted. If you’re printing on apparel or dark products, indicate whether white ink is required. If artwork requires cleanup or recreation, art charges may apply, but we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
